I guide women through transformation and healing processes, supporting them in all areas of life—such as motherhood, work, relationships, and most importantly, the relationship with themselves. It’s about empowering you to step into your strength and create the life you truly desire.

Glad you are here.

  • Have you  experienced a miscarriage and are looking for emotional support ?

  • Are you seeking the courage to try for another baby but fear is holding you back?

  • You are pregnant again after having experienced a loss during your previous pregnancy and anxiety keeps you tense all the time?

You don't need to go through this alone. Let's talk. I’m here to listen. Tell me about your worries and your experience.

As a pregnancy coach, I will accompany you online through the grieving process after an experience of  loss, on the way to the new pregnancy and in your subsequent pregnancy.

My offer includes: Individual coaching, group coaching and couples counseling. I work holistically and incorporate body, mind, and soul. All areas of life receive attention, because we are so much more than our desire to have children.

In 2014, at 26 weeks my son was stillborn, and I was desperate for help at the time. This difficult experience is what led me to want to create the kind of support I didn’t have; to be a resource for other women, so that they don’t need to be alone in their grief.

I have been supporting women through this challenging time for over 2 years and I am the happy mother of a rainbow child, an 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter.

Thanks to my own personal experience, and my studies in psychology and numerous further training courses, I will accompany you sensitively through your grief and give you tools with which we can rebuild your trust in yourself, your body and life together.

Having worked for more than 10 years in international organizations in English, I have decided to also extend my coaching services to the English speaking world.

I look forward to meeting you!

If we are willing to do the mental work, almost anything can be healed.

The thoughts we choose to think are the tools we use to paint the canvas of our lives.
